Located in the St. Georgen area, which is characterized by the Swiss Heimatstil, the project takes the form as well as the surrounding residential area into account. The building floor area is realized as a rectangle. It is compact and at the same time maximized to maintain a humble profile next to the kindergarten and the other three to five-story apartment buildings. In response to the materiality of the replaced farmhouse the wood isn‘t applied merely as a finishing layer but also for the main construction and form. In addition, fine Elements expand the storey levels and break down the structure subtly

In landscape design, the values of play, nature, learning outdoors and togetherness are celebratings. So the design for the three outdoor environments is included programmatic spatial characteristics apart, the between active game, community game and playing learning is different. The three outdoor spaces expand the Shape, facade and exterior materiality of the building, whereby each one provides unique qualities with the intent that the spaces from the listening units to different Time can be used and shared.
